News : Our Last Enemy releasing remix album, and a song in Rock Band

By on March 27, 2013

While there doesn’t seem to be any specific information available yet, Sydney’s Our Last Enemy have announced they will be releasing a remix & rarities album this year, apparently featuring some huge international artists.

“We’re looking forward to showing the harsh electronic side of things, that we love as much as metal. Industry insiders who have seen the artists line up and have heard the early mixes are already calling this the best Australian metal remix album of all time (maybe ‘cause there hasn’t been many? Or… any? Haha). We will be announcing the names involved soon, plus release date and shows to support it. Stay Tuned.”

Now that they have brought the topic up, have any metal bands released remix albums? The only one we can think of is Serious Beak.

In other Our Last Enemy news, the band are the latest to join Alt Strum Productions, with the song “10,000 Headless Horses” being one of the very few Aussie metal tracks available over on the Xbox Rock Band network. Download away.
