News : Apparitions of Null release debut demo: for fans of progressive/technical death metal

By on September 18, 2012

Here’s a new band that’s a little bit different. Based in Sydney, Apparitions of Null unleashed their first recording not too long ago; a demo called “Kaleidoscopes Pt.1”. Mixed and mastered by Paradigm‘s James Ivanyi, it’s a must-hear for those who enjoy the more progressive and melodic side of metal. And we don’t mean the pansy progwank side of things, the growls on this track are dark.

As the name suggests, this is only one part of something bigger. The full “Kaleidoscopes” track apparently breaks the 25 minute mark, but you’ll have to wait until they hit the stage to hear that full thing.

Anyway, enough talking. Listen to this, click through to their Bandcamp page where you can download it for free, and then chuck them a like on Facebook to keep an eye out for more updates.
