News : Silent Knight to re-release their debut album, ‘The Masterplan’.

Perth power metallers Silent Knight have announced they will be re-releasing their debut album, ‘The Masterplan’, with an as-of-yet release date. The band have announced they will no longer be pressing copies of the original release until the new re-released version is completed.

The band comments:

“Whilst there are some strong songs on our debut, there were a few things on the original version that; due to our own eagerness & inexperience, just weren’t quite right.”

The band have been locked away in between their shows for the last 12 months working on the re-release. No further details have been announced, but we will be sure to bring you more news as its announced. As a little bonus however, the band have released the artwork of the new album.

In addition, Silent Knight will also embark on their debut European tour this July/August, performing at Headbanger’s Open Air in Germany, plus performing a selection of shows throughout. To find out full tour dates, head to the band’s official Facebook page.

Those wanting to see the band before they venture off to the heavy metal mecca of the world can catch them in Perth supporting Dragonforce as part of their “Reaching Into Infinity” Australian tour. Silent Knight will be supporting Dragonforce on Tuesday, 20th June at Perth’s Capital. Click here to secure your tickets.

You can also catch Silent Knight at the Amplifier Bar supporting Icarus Lives, who’ll be launching their debut album this Saturday (June 24). Doors 8pm.
