News : Ne Obliviscaris announces Download Festival replacement show in Melbourne.

By on March 15, 2020

Those wanting to get their metal fix this weekend after the announcement of Download Festival’s cancellation are in luck. Ne Obliviscaris, who were planned to be a part of the Download Festival in Melbourne and Sydney have locked in an intimate show at the Bendigo Hotel in Collingwood on Friday, 20th March with special guests Orpheus Omega, who were also planned to be a part of the Download festivities, performing alongside extreme metallers Hybrid Nightmares.

Ne Obliviscaris have confirmed they will be playing double the set length they would have performed at Download Festival. The band also state this will be the only show they will be performing for quite some time in Australia.

Tickets are available now through Eventbrite. Click here to secure your tickets.

The event has been capped at 300 people in attendance. This will keep within the recently announced limitation of “non-essential” gatherings of 500 people set by the Australian Federal Government. The Bendigo Hotel recently released a statement on their Facebook page advising patrons they will be going to extreme lengths to keep the venue clean and safe for all who enter the venue.
