News : Orpheus Omega reveals its new line-up change.

By on December 11, 2019

Melbourne based melodic death metal ensemble, Orpheus Omega, has released some news via their social media channels about the state of the band. Those who follow the band would have no doubt heard the unsettling news of bassist, Nathan Mesiti, leaving Orpheus Omega in early May.

Orpheus Omega has confirmed they will carry on as a band, and continue in the tradition of having too many musicians and instruments on stage at any one time with the addition of the band’s new bass player Leon Monaco from Melbourne’s Frontier Season, and a third guitarist, Theo Gosleet of Melbourne’s Hollow World. Now making Orpheus Omega a six-piece.

The band has released a teaser showing off the new revision. Watch it now via the official Orpheus Omega Facebook page.

Orpheus Omega released the single ‘Swim In The Black’ from the 2019 release, “Wear Your Sins” mid this year and is currently streaming on Youtube. The new album is currently available via EVP Recordings.
