News : Scorpions and Whitesnake announce exclusive east coast Australian tour in 2020.

Thanks to the creative minds behind Live Nation, Australia will have the unique opportunity to see Scoprions and Whitesnake, two of the greatest hard rock ensembles, touring exclusive east coast dates of the country in February 2020.

Scorpions and Whitesnake Fan Club pre-sale begins 12pm (local time) Tuesday, October 29 until 12pm (local time) Wednesday, October 30.

The Scorpions have built an astonishing reputation over a 45-year career, releasing a slew of albums and rock ballads like ‘Winds of Change‘ and ‘Send Me An Angel‘ which have catapulted the band into the rock royalty stratosphere. The band’s highly successfully and addictive rock anthem ‘Rock You Like A Hurricane‘ has gone on to make its mark, many times over, featured in numerous movies, TV shows and video games.

In November 2018, Scorpions were touring Australia with renowned UK rock royalty, Def Leppard. Halfway through the tour lead vocalist, Klaus Meine became unwell and was unable to complete the tour.

Klaus has shared the following message with his Australian fans regarding the upcoming tour with Whitesnake.

“As promised…time to come back to Australia! We’re all very much excited to see our fans Down Under in February 2020. Get ready for the bite of Whitesnake and the sting of the Scorpions.  We’re gonna rock you like a hurricane!!!!”

Whitesnake has become one of the biggest names in hard rock. Formed in the late 70s by former Deep Purple vocalist, David Coverdale. The band has gone on to accumulate a wealth of fans and multi-platinum selling albums over 40+ years.

David Coverdale shared the following message to Australian fans.

“We are beyond thrilled to be returning to Australia after so many years to play our music for you. What is extra special is we’re returning with our very rocking friend the Scorpions!! SCORPIONS & SNAKES…it doesn’t get any better…or LOUDER! We Promise You These Will Be Nights To Remember!”
