News : Lindsay Schoolcraft announces debut Australian tour

By on October 1, 2018

Lindsay Schoolcraft, keyboardist and vocalist of Cradle of Filth is set to embark on a tour of Australia beginning at the tail end of 2018. This is Lindsay Schoolcraft’s debut solo tour of the country in which she will perform special DJ sets at three exclusive shows in Sydney, Perth and Melbourne. Lindsay will perform an exclusive New Year’s Eve performance at Sydney’s Incursion then head to Melbourne to perform at the Evelyn Hotel, before finishing up in Perth at an as of yet announced venue.

Best known for her beguiling keyboard and vocal performances with Cradle of Filth, taking on classics such as Nymphetamine and Her Ghost in the Fog live, as well as performing on latest studio albums ‘Hammer of the Witches’ and ‘Cryptoriana: The Seductiveness of Decay,’ Schoolcraft breaks away from the Filthy mould (and spores, mildew and fungus) to perform her own decadent works. With deft hands flying as gracefully over her electric harp as her keys, Lindsay Schoolcraft brings a sonic spectacle of Gothic rock, Nu Metal and subtle electronics not to be missed.

This is a rare opportunity for Australian fans to be among the first to witness Lindsay Schoolcraft’s new band, featuring former Evanescence drummer Rocky Gray, who are set to release their debut EP ‘Martyr’ very soon.
