By on September 24, 2018

Sydney’s symphonic black metallers Tamerlan Empire have recently signed to Australian promotion, booking and management agency Black-Roos Entertainment. The band released their first full-length studio album Age of Ascendency in February this year and their lyric video Battle of Tyrants through the official Metal Hell Records Youtube channel. Check it out below.

The band recently supported Enslaved in Sydney and are bound to support Sinsaenum in November. The band is playing shows around Australia and is planning to take their distinct music overseas in the near future.

Tamerlan Empire is Khan (drums), Ghorr (guitars), Botir (bass) Vizier (keyboards/orchestration) and Yassa (vocals).

Tamerlan Empire is playing a fusion of symphonic black metal with Central Asian and Middle Eastern melodies and rhythms. The style of the band was developed by blending the aggressiveness of metal with an eastern-sounding tone that reflects Tamerlan Empire’s ideology and creates a unique sound that identifies the band.

Think Lawrence of Arabia meets black metal. Check out the latest single Battle of Tyrants below.

Catch Tamerlan Empire touring Melbourne on November 3rd to promote their new album alongside Adamus ExulOmnipresence, Hexreign and Suldusk at the Reverence Hotel in Footscray.  Click here to attend the official Facebook event page. Presented by Girthword Promotions and Cove Events.
