News : Premiere: one-woman floaty post-black metal band Sylvaine streaming new album “Wistful”

By on May 6, 2016

If you like your post-black metal floaty with a super dose of shoegaze à la Alcest then Norway’s Sylvaine is the perfect addition to your collection. Wistful is the second album from the one-woman band and it has exactly the atmosphere that the name suggests.

There are a few guest musicians throughout too with some drum contributions from Stephen Shepard and Stéphane “Neige” Paut, plus violin courtesy of Coralie Louarnika and cello from Thibault Guichard.

Below is the Australian stream of Wistful, which will be out on May 13th through Season of Mist Records.
