News : Truth Corroded Announce ‘Last of the Slain’ Australian Tour

Adelaide’s own death/thrash veterans Truth Corroded have announced that they will be performing a small set of shows across the east coast this February/March. Labelled the ‘Last of the Slain’ Australian tour, this tour will serve as the last for ‘The Saviours Slain’ album cycle (which was released in 2013), before Truth Corroded head back into the studio to record their as-yet-untitled next album, due for release later this year.

TRUTH CORRODED will be doing a short run of shows across the east coast of Australia and in the bands home town of Adelaide in Feb/Mar as the last shows for the band’s latest album ‘The Saviours Slain’ (see dates below). After the tour Truth Corroded will be entering the studio to begin recording its next album, due for release in late 2016.

The band has toured extensively across the world since releasing ‘The Saviours Slain’, performing throughout Europe, the UK, Japan, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia and Australia. During the album cycle TRUTH CORRODED toured alongside and supported bands such as The Black Dahlia Murder, Suffocation, Decapitated, Nile, Abbath, Fleshgod Apocalypse, At The Gates, Marduk, Vader, Goatwhore, Krisiun, Trivium, In Flames and performed the Soundwave Festival in 2014 alongside Mastodon, Gojira, Testament, Amon Amarth, DevilDriver and more.

‘The Saviours Slain’ was released worldwide through AFM Records in late 2013 and was mixed and mastered by Mark Lewis (CANNIBAL CORPSE , DEVILDRIVER, WHITECHAPEL) while also featuring Kevin Talley (SUFFOCATION), Craig Locicero (FORBIDDEN) and Bret Hoffmann (MALEVOLENT CREATION). The band are now ready to record a crushing follow up that will take the bands distinctive extreme thrash/death sound to a new level. More information will follow early in the year.
