Melbourne based Melodic Death Metal band Eye of the Enemy are seeking a new lead guitarist with a devoted passion towards their brand of music, pushing the band into the next phase of their career with a third studio album currently in the works. Once released, the band plan to tour nationally and internationally.

The band have released two studio albums ‘Weight of Redemption’ in 2010 and ‘The Vengeance Paradox’ in 2014 and have toured extensively across Australia supporting the likes of Children of Bodom, Cradle of Filth and Amon Amarth. The band recently finished up 8 shows over 12 days in 6 countries, supporting Fleshgod Apocalypse and headlining many of their own. In January of this year Eye of the Enemy unveiled Mitch Alexander as the new voice behind the band, and would permanently take over the duties of Julian Detar.

For those looking to take on the lead guitarist duties, you can contact the band directly via their Facebook, or via e-mail; eyeoftheenemy1@yahoo.com.au.

‘The Vengeance Paradox’ is now available online for only $5 via the band’s Bandcamp webpage.
