News : Yet another band added to Soundwave Festival 2016
Finnish metallers Lordi have been announced as the sixth band added to the Soundwave Festival in Australia next year. This will be the first time the Finnish metallers will venture to Australia.
In 2006 the band made history by becoming the first, and still to this day the only hard rock act to win the Eurovision Song Contest with their metal anthem, ‘Hard Rock Hallelujah’.
Lordi have since built a strong legion of followers from across the globe, and in 2014 released their seventh studio album “Scare Force One”, now available through AFM Records.
Don’t miss your chance to see Lordi live at Soundwave 2016, alongside the previously announced Bullet For My Valentine, Northlane, Failure, Refused and Dead Letter Circus. Early bird tickets are now available via Soundwave.
