Witchgrinder

Melbourne industrial metal unit Witchgrinder led a maelstrom of gigs and tour spots in the year past. 2015 looks set to continue this trend for the quartet as they gear up in April for a pair of shows in Sydney and Melbourne.

2014 was a memorable year for Witchgrinder.  They supported Ghost B.C., smashed through venues on two headline tours and supported Entombed A.D. in Japan.

To the outside world it might seem as though the band has been quiet over the last few months, but they’ve been brewing some brutal tunes ready for the second installment – their new album.

Thanks to SF Media and Heavy Music Magazine, Witchgrinder will be performing at Frankies Pizza By the Slice and the Cherry Bar in Sydney and Melbourne, respectively. The band will be premiering the debut single “Bloodlust” – coupled with a video – from their forthcoming, as yet untitled second album. They will further be joined by an eclectic bunch of local supports, including horror rock band Graveyard Rockstars in Sydney (who will also be launching their new single and video for “The Killing” off their debut album, ‘Doomsday’), and thrash metallers Direblaze in Melbourne.
