Into the Pit Records is a West Australian based label/distro run by Chris Honey. The main focus of this label is to re-release classic Aussie metal albums from the 80’s and early 90’s, as well as some newer albums.

Since the labels launch in 2013, Into the Pit have released five albums, four of them being re-releases of classic Aussie metal bands. And we have those 4 classic re-releases for a special give away! This is your chance to discover some long-forgotten gems from Australia’s underground metal scene many years ago, or if you were a part of it, re-discover these classics.

Here are the CD’s that you can win:

Aggressa – Nuclear Death (1988)
Available for the first time on CD. Contains the original 7 tracks from 1988 plus demo versions and an unreleased track. Listen: “Phantom Stage Diver”

 

Renegade – Total Armageddon (1987)
Official re-press of this cult classic from one of Australia’s earliest thrash bands. Features 12 tracks including the 1985 demo. Listen: “Total Armageddon”

 

Bezerker – Lost: Remastered (1989)
Legendary Aussie thrash metal pioneers release the long-awaited remastered CD version of their classic debut with 3 bonus tracks. Listen: “I Lost”

 

S.F.D. – The Complete Works (1992-1996)
2 CD compilation featuring all 3 demos, the Regeneration album plus previously unreleased tracks from one of West Australia’s most underrated bands. Listen: “Hairy Mammal”
