News : The third Soundwave Festival announcement

What was meant to be a “Christmas present” has now arrived halfway through January. The third announcement for Soundwave Festival has finally come.

Headlining this announcement is legendary Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, with his all-star band featuring Alice Cooper/Michael Jackson guitarist Orianthi Panagaris.

The focus on this announcement seems to be “industrial”, with Filter, The Defiled and Australia’s own Darkc3ll being added to the bill. Metalcore fans will be happy with the addition of The Ghost Inside and I Killed the Prom Queen, as well as ska punk/post hardcore fans for Authority Zero and Dangerkids.

We still would have preferred King Parrot and Make Them Suffer though… what happened there?
