Formed in 2007 out of a love of extreme music, heavy grooves and most importantly great songwriting and structure, the band has been building a solid reputation since its inception. With a nod to the past, as well as a vision for the future, INTERNAL NIGHTMARE are poised for success now more than ever.

Supporting the likes of Thrash legends FORBIDDEN, Deathcore Crew ALL SHALL PERISH and murder metal masters MACABRE, and this week thrash greats WARBRINGER, the band has received a fantastic response from fans and industry insiders.

Recording of their debut album is set for November 2012
