Hailing from Melbourne, Sewercide are basically the birth child of Demolition Hammer and Sadus, releasing a brutal, aggressive deathrash assault upon the Victorian metal scene. Within a year of forming, Sewercide have released a free downloadable demo (soon to be released on cassette) and have a lot coming up for them in October Rocktober, which includes their opening slot for Warbringer (USA)‘s Melbourne show on the 13th, and the releasing of their 7″ split with Tasmanian thrashers Randomorder the week after.
Almost two months ago, Metal Obsession had a chat to Sewercide about everything mentioned about, as well as the second Soundwave announcement (a couple of weeks before it was announced), their standards for thrash metal and their favourite Australian bands.
