News : No Anchor release Rope/Pussyfootin’ (7-inch Vinyl or free download)

By on March 19, 2012

No Anchor’s brief (eight minutes to be a bit more precise) new release Rope/Pussyfootin’ is now available on 7″ vinyl, or for free download.

If you missed the announcement in the first place; this short but sweet release is limited to 250 physical copies (150 in jet black and 100 in iridescent blue), and includes three new tracks plus a cover of Big Black‘s “Jordan, Minnesota”. Although you have to buy the physical copy for that cover, which you should anyway seeing as it has gorgeous artwork by Encircling Sea‘s Dace Beard and handcrafted packaging.

As far as even newer material goes…

The new stuff sounds a bit more stoner and less noise terror at the moment. That could change. Things change. Pretty sure we thought Real Pain Supernova was an occult metal album when we were making it. How’d that turn out? Not so occult metal.”

You can find Rope/Pussyfootin’ at their Bandcamp page.
