News : Ashes of December released their debut album (we’re late with this one)

By on January 7, 2012

We’re a bit late on announcing this one, but regardless; Brisbane’s somewhat brutal Ashes of December released their debut album Dying Is For Fools not too long ago. Recording started in April 2011 but took their time with it, and it was well worth it. The independent release is available for a bargain $15 including postage from their Bigcartel store, or at one of the dates of their upcoming tour with ex-Australian/now-US-based Creations (dates are below the rather rad album artwork).

If you need a bit of temping to check the guys out, have a read of these track titles…

1. Not at the Table, Carlos
2. Dead Tanson
3. Thank you, Mr. Sheen
4. Suck Shit, Get Fucked
5. Only Batman is Forever
6. Dying is for Fools
7. In Medias Res
8. In the Absence of Humanity, Press 3 & Hold
9. “Is this the End?” She Asked
