News : The Ophidian Ascension pull out of Brutal Melbourne, Whoretopsy fill the spot

By on November 14, 2011

There’s not long to go now until the oh-so filthy The Mung head over to Melbourne’s Pony Bar as part of Melbourne Music Week, and what a night it will be. A Million Dead Birds Laughing drummer Dean Turner will be filling in with The Mung, while Malignus will be celebrating theri very last show with Wayne.

And, in the latest piece of news, The Ophidian Ascension have unfortunately had to pull out, but Whoretopsy have joined the lineup which is hardly something we can complain about. They’ll be opening the show, with The Seaford Monster following, then Malignus and The Mung.

Haven’t heard The Mung before? Here’s a video for you. Outdated gig flyer is below too, simply for your visual please. See you at the show, mate.
