News : sleepmakeswaves sign onto Welkin Ent. booking roster

Welkin Entertainment has announce the addition of Sydney post rock/metal band sleepmakeswaves to their booking roster. Company director Tim Charles commented…

“There are very few bands in Australia that I would be more excited about signing to this agency than sleepmakeswaves. This is a band that Welkin has had the pleasure of working with several times in the past, and they have shown with the release of their past two EP’s that they are truly a world class band creating some truly breathtaking music. I’m very excited about working with them to help further sleepmakeswaves and help take their music to as many people as possible!”

The band has recorded two release since their formation in 2006 – In Today Already Walks Tomorrow (EP, 2008) and a 2009 split LP with Perth’s Tangled Thoughts of Leaving. The band is currently writing material for their forthcoming album due out in early 2011.
