News : Beyond Terror Beyond Grace upload new tracks

By on December 8, 2009
As you may have already seen, after 9 months of being locked away recording in Studio 301 with the incredible Tim Carr we have finally put up 2 new songs which are off our upcoming album, ‘Our Ashes Built Mountains’.
We have set the release for February 4th, the same day that we will begin a national tour with Ulcerate (Willowtip/Candlelight Records), who are currently touring Europe with Nile.
The album features epic artwork by Colin Marks (Aborted, Strapping Young Lad, Whitechapel et al) and has guest appearances from Jason Peppiatt (Psycroptic), Jarrod Krafcyk (ex The Amenta), Alex Pope (Ruins), Blake Wilson (Gallows For Grace), Anna Vo (Crux), with soundscapes provided by Tim Pope of The Amenta.
We are beyond happy with the results, and we feel that to say that this CD is an enormous step up musically, in production, lyrically and conceptually from the last album is a bit of an understatement. We have really made an effort to craft a complete album rather than just throwing a bunch of songs together – there are lyrical concepts, samples, ideas and motifs that thematically link throughout the whole CD. We are very much looking forward to getting it out there.
More news soon, including labels, and international shows.
Cheers everyone – listen to the tracks, let us know what you think and we’ll see you at Brutal Truth which is our last show before the tour in February.
