News : Dawn of Retribution post band update

Geelong based metal band Dawn of Retribution have posted an update on the bands recent and near future activities.

“Just to give everybody an idea of where we are at, seeing as we haven’t been gigging and have been fairly quiet in the public eye so far this year. We are nearly finished up with the writing for the last song on the album.  We will be booking in to record our drum tracks very soon, followed by the guitars and vocals in the coming months. The material for the album is extremely solid, we’re very happy with it, you guys are going to love it!

Its looking like we will be hoping for a release around mid year of our debut album “The Plan To End Humanity” depending on a few things, but fingers crossed! Currently, we are pressing on with our album without a bass player. Chris McEwin is going to take on bass duties for the recording of the album, whilst we currently search on for a permanent bass player. Keep checking back for more updates on the release and progress of the album, we hope to see you all at some shows in the not too distant future!”
