News : Jennifer McCaffrie departs from Leicohtica

“It is with great sadness that we announce the departure of keyboardist, vocalist and good friend Jennifer McCaffrie from Leicohtica.

For the past few weeks Jennifer has moved back home to Canberra and unfortunately due to the growing operational difficulties of co-ordinating calenders for rehearsal, concerts and the impending spectre of Leicohtica’s second album, time contraints, aswell as travel became an increasing difficulty.

Jennifer offered the group the opportunity to have her leave on amicable terms, it has been the unfortunate decision of the group that we have decided to move forwards without her, and we offer her only our greatest and most sincere thanks for years of great times, and for all the opportunities she has brought us.

We know that some of the greatest times of all of our lives have been shared with her, and none of those memories will sour or fade with this decision, and we know like those before her, we will see them rise to the occasion and will spot them on the live circuit again very soon.
